Alonzo and his dad Alonzo Sr and various family and friends did our bathroom remodel. They are the epitome of reliable, honest, hardworking, careful, considerate, informative, prompt and what more can I say. For this remodel in our condo in Arvada they did the following: demolition and disposal of the old smaller shower, vanity, flooring and mirror. They were able to salvage the old lavatories and plumbing at my request--which we ended up replacing but are selling these parts now. They moved a wall laterally to make room for the bigger shower footprint. They installed a custom build shower pan, and installed large format tile and did a perfect job in all ways with this. Did all the rough-in and finish plumbing. The texturing to match the rest of the house was done by Alonzo Sr who is a master at this. Painting we done beautifully as well. They hung a new door perfectly, installed baseboard perfectly as well. We bought a massive over-vanity mirrored medicine cabinet which they recessed into the wall and accommodated the plumbing venting that was behind it. We purchased all materials and had them on hand so as not to slow them down. Labor pricing seemed fair & reasonable for the work done. They were always on time, always respectful, and cleaned up after all work, every day. I would rehire them in a heartbeat!

Very professional, bath remodel was excellent. They also provided helpful suggestions for the future like reinforcing areas where grab bars would be even though I'm not going to install them now. Highly recommended!

Alonzo and is team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. They are professional, friendly, timely and honest, very rare to see that today in the remodeling business. You would not be dissatisfied or disappointed with their work. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a remodel.

Alonzo and his team did a fantastic job on our total bathroom remodel and basement floor installation. The work they do is exceptional. It all came out more beautiful than we expected. They were extremely professional and Alonzo was responsive and receptive to all of our questions and concerns. We can't wait to have them back to do our other bath, and eventually our kitchen. It can be nerve-wracking, choosing a contractor to design and remodel your home the way you want. We are so grateful to have found them!

I am very grateful and so happy with my beautiful kitchen! Alonzo (and co) is organized, responsive, and highly professional. He detailed the work from beginning to end, anticipated issues and helped me figure great solutions, everything while staying within my budget and finishing within the timeline. Through out the process Alonzo answered each of my questions quickly, they really understood and delivered what I wanted to accomplish. My kitchen was old - from the 80's, with several challenges and walls to demo, and build- I cannot be happier with the results! I highly recommend this amazing business.

Quality and Affordable Renovations personnel expertly remodeled our upstairs bathroom. They go above and beyond trying to keep our house clean during the remodel by using drop cloths in main traffic areas, covering furniture, and vacuuming debris at the end of every work day.The finished bathroom reflected their outstanding workmanship. The team's work ethic is another important strength. They showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job on time. From the outcome of this remodeling, it is apparent that they took time to produce the best and skillfully job possible.

They came in and gave me an estimate and I decided to go with them. They were on time daily, very professional and respectful. They did an awesome job, painted, leveled the bathroom floor and walls and made sure everything was in working order before they left. Highly recommended. Alonzo and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. Both were complete remodels - new shower tile, new floor tile, new doors, new lights, new fixtures, new windows, fan, vanities, toilets, painting...the works! We couldn't be happier with the experience and the results. Alonzo was on-site every day, working alongside his team. They arrived on time, were always super respectful, and had amazing attention to detail. Alonzo also trouble-shot unexpected hiccups (e.g. leaks, mold, etc.) and gave us different options in terms of pricing. We also were always very impressed with Alonzo's responsiveness, by phone and email. Without a doubt, he'll be our first call when we work on our kitchen (or doors, or windows, or....).

Alonzo and Eric took out a big window and put in a set of French doors for us. They were very thorough and cleaned up as they went. They did an awesome job, so I had them come back and install a 6’ chain link fence around my yard. I am very pleased with the work they have done for us.

Alonzo and his team did outstanding work on our residence in Littleton. This company takes great pride in their work and truly wants to make their customer happy. To Date we have had them do a complete bathroom remodel, complete a stairway railing with new rod iron balusters and paint, paint our interior which required scaffolding. All work has been completed to our total satisfaction. Alonzo and his team arrive on the job as promised and work through the day. This company is the most reliable I have used. Excellent work. Alonzo has been very professional and easy to work with. I was very nervous about putting in French Doors....I mean it’s a big hole in the side of my house! He completed it quickly & neatly.
